Cleaning Burners

I'm from the U.S. but am helping out in Jamaica on TLGreen ovens, I'm wanting to do a proper cleaning of the Flynn burners but Ultrasonic cleaner is too expensive.

I used to use Oakite Fisan-HD years ago and wonder if it's still recommended by Flynn.

If not, can you recommend a way of cleaning burners?

We still recommend using Oakite HD to clean ribbon burners.
After soaking in solution, rinse them in hot water, then blow them dry with compressed air, from the outside of the ribbon in.
Be sure the ends of the burner are open.
At the same time, it is a good idea to clean the air/gas mixer, especially the air orifice if a 2-pipe system (or gas orifice if a 1-pipe system)
